Do you wish you know more when your cukes, green beans and tomatoes are coming in at a breakneck pace? Let's pool our knowledge (and canning equipment) and have some fun community events this summer! I, for one, would like to learn more about safe canning methods, and tried-and-true recipes.
Canning can also be a laborious job by yourself...what if some gardeners got together and made it a party?
